CRAP

So, every Wednesday night I go to an aerial hoop class. Love it, it's awesome. But we use this sticky spray on our hands for better grip and that stuff will stay on your skin for ages.
I always wear several rings, which I take off during the class and put back on afterwards.
When I got home, I realized one of my thicker, heavier rings would not come off. I've been sitting here for almost an hour trying to pry this ring off my finger but the residue from the sticky spray has basically welded the thing to my hand. It won't even twist.
I realize I could probably get up and run it under some warm water or something, but that would require leaving my comfy chair and computer, so that's not really an option.
I'll just sit here and twist at it some more I guess....
As for the class, I come home covered in bruises and blisters on a weekly basis, but it's all worth it cause we learn awesome stuff, like this move I learned tonight:

(that's not actually me. i googled the move)

  1. That is SUPER cool! For my last birthday, I went to Santa Monica and did the trapeze class. It was incredible!! I would go and watch your class, will you be performing at all?

    1. I hope to start performing once I've built up more strength. Right now, I'm winded and shaky after about and hour and a half of practice which wouldn't translate too well to a performance D: And I'm not sure if people can just go to watch the class. It's not a public thing, really. It's held in a loft apartment they rent specifically for the class. This is the place: theaerialclassroom.com
